For best programming, Continuous Learning, Durham College of Applied Arts and Technology, Oshawa, Ontario, Donna Crawford, accepting. This is their brochure, which is quite exceptional, but the award is for programming. They developed a certificate program comprised of ten different courses. Each course had the unique flexibility of being offered in three different ways: online; via correspondence; or in-class. Students had the opportunity to learn at their own convenience through one or a combination of the different education modes to accommodate their schedules. Here we see choice-- choice not just in how to register, but how to take the course-- online, correspondence, or in-class. We will see more of this in the future from programs that want to be successful.
