This is the program’s brochure cover, but what we are giving the award for is the establishment of several outreach offices within the geographic territory being served. All of us have to begin to move from seeing our customers as coming to us, to seeing us as going to our customers. This is a fundamental shift for the 21st century. Whether it be offices, web site, class locations, or sales calls, all of us have to go to our customers, because they will not be coming to us. This program has seen enrollment increases each year with a marketing plan that includes a business brochure, television ads, and establishing several outreach offices to reach their business and industry customers.
