In the brochure, we see a message from each staff person, frequent invitations to contact staff. On the web site, they even have a mascot, Bonneville, who says that its his job to help people find the service that fits them best. There’s even a HELP
button off the Home Page. It all adds up to the warmest, friendliest program we’ve ever seen. Many of our Wisconsin LERN staff have offered to go down there this January to test out the program.
