It has “you” oriented copy, benefits, business image, and contact information. The group also did focus groups involving clients, redesigned its web site, set up a team called the Training Services Group to design a strategic plan, and the result was a doubling of income over projections and contribution or profit up 400% over budget. This award speaks directly to the issue of for profit competition in the marketplace. And of the value of a well organized response and multi-faceted approach.
