This in-house customer service database was developed by staff to enhance tracking of requests and staff follow through. With the customer service database, a permanent record is kept to analyze customer service requests, follow up, and target new customers. Within 15 minutes of a call, a report is printed, and requests get follow up and closure within 48 hours.
