For best management practice, Adult and Continuing Education at Medina County Career Center, Medina, Ohio, Lloyd Foster accepting.

This is the first program we know of in the country to receive ISO 9001 recognition. The program went through a series of internal audits, practicing what it preaches in terms of business practice and continuous improvement. Some of the stages included Identify Work Instructions, Review Job Descriptions, Conduct Employee Awareness Training, and Formulate Internal Audit Program. Congratulations on being ISO 9001 certified.
