All registrants must be with the same program (same organization). If a cancellation from the group is necessary, the fees will be determined by the total number of actual attendees.

Cancellation policies and fees apply to all registrations including third person free registrants.

Cancellations are only accepted in writing no later than May 15, 2008. There will be a $100.00 (US$) processing fee for all cancellations. Cancellations after that date maybe subject to additional fees.
